I’m so sorry for your loss Louise, it always sounds trite, but I know you know what I mean. When we can imagine and remember and almost physically recall how it feels to be so torn apart and set adrift, we don’t want anyone else to feel that way – and I wish you didn’t. But finding people who make us feel not like we are totally losing it and may never get it back again gave me something to hold on to – so I’m glad you feel less alone in that today x
